Patriot Defend ("we," "us") exists to get your personal information off the internet - so we hold ourselves to a higher standard with the information you give us. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the rights you have.

Information we collect

To run a free scan we collect your name and state. To provide the removal service we additionally collect your email address, and - once you become a member - the details needed to file removal demands on your behalf, which may include past addresses, phone numbers, and date of birth. Payment details are processed by our payment provider and never stored on our servers.

How we use it

We use your information for exactly one purpose: finding and removing your records from data broker and people-search websites, and reporting that progress to you. We act as your authorized agent under applicable state privacy laws (including the California Consumer Privacy Act) solely to file removal and deletion demands you direct us to make.

What we never do

We never sell your personal information. We never share it with marketers. We never use it for any purpose other than delivering the service you signed up for. Sharing is limited to the service providers required to operate (payment processing, email delivery, and our SOC 2 audited removal-fulfillment partners) - each bound by contract to use your data only to serve you.

Security & retention

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest (256-bit encryption). We retain your information while your membership is active and for as long as needed to keep filed removals in force. Cancel and request deletion at any time and we will erase your account data, subject to legal record-keeping requirements.

Your rights

You may access, correct, or delete your data, and withdraw your authorized-agent designation, at any time by emailing [email protected] or calling (307) 417-6551. Residents of California and other states with consumer privacy laws have additional statutory rights, which we honor for all customers regardless of state.
