1. The service

Patriot Defend locates your personal information on data broker and people-search websites and, acting as your authorized agent under applicable privacy laws, files removal and deletion demands on your behalf. By subscribing you designate Patriot Defend as your authorized agent for this purpose and confirm the information you provide is your own (or that of a person you are legally authorized to represent).

2. Billing

The membership trial is $19 for 7 days. Unless you cancel during the trial, your membership continues at $39.99 per month until cancelled. Optional add-ons (such as Phone Shield at $9.99/mo, Junk Mail Shield at $9.99/mo, or the Annual Plan at $199.99/year) are billed as presented at purchase. We will email you before your trial converts to a paid subscription. Your card statement will read PATRIOTDEFEND.COM.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel anytime, online, in two clicks from your account dashboard - no phone call required. Cancellation stops future billing immediately; service continues through the end of the period already paid.

4. 30-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied for any reason within 30 days of your first charge, contact us at [email protected] or (307) 417-6551 and we will refund your payment in full.

5. What we can and can't promise

We file removal demands with 500+ data broker and people-search sites and re-file when your information reappears. Most members see the majority of listings removed within 3–4 weeks; some brokers take up to 45 days, and results vary by individual. We cannot remove government records, news articles, social media accounts you control, or information held by companies that are not data brokers. Scan record counts shown before signup are estimates pending your full verified scan.

6. Your responsibilities

Provide accurate information, use the service only for yourself or those you are authorized to represent, and do not misuse the service. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

7. Liability

The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding a claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you hold under applicable consumer-protection law.
